Pricing and Options
Pricing for our services varies based on the specific length of the visit, the number of pets in your family, and the number of visits you need. We may also need to collect a little extra if you are located outside our preferred service area to cover the extra time commuting and extra fuel required to reach you.
The Pit Stop
Just the essentials, a wellness check lasting about 10-20 minutes. Drop-in visits for a backyard potty break or quick litter box scoop, food and water check, or simple medication administration.
The Short Trail
This is the most popular, standard booking. It covers routine pet-sitting and dog walking. A 20-30 minute visit including feeding, water bowl check, medication administration, litter box cleanup or basic dog waste pick up, short dog walk, playtime, or affection. We also offer light household tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants upon request. Our walks ensure your dog gets plenty of exercise and sniffing and typically cover approximately 1 to 1.5 miles depending on dog's speed, weather conditions, and other care requirements during the visit.
Services Provided at No Extra Charge (when paying for a regular visit)

Administering medications to pets

Cleaning up potty accidents or hairballs encountered while under our supervision

Dropping a pinch of food in a fish tank (does not include water changes or more involved aquarium care - those can be arranged for an extra pet fee)

Putting a drape over a bird cage at night and removing it in the morning (does not include cleaning, feeding, or doing any care that requires holding or removing a bird from its enclosure- those can be arranged for an extra pet fee)

Bringing packages and newspapers in off the porch

Bringing mail in from your mailbox (if it is at the same location as your pets)

Watering houseplants

Any other pet or house-sitting service as negotiated and agreed upon at the time of booking such as rolling the garbage can to the curb and back for garbage collection day or turning on or off lights around the house to make it look "lived-in" while you are away
The Long Trail
For families who need a little more time. A 45-60 minute visit best for households with multiple pets, or pets requiring complicated or specialized care. Also appropriate for active dogs needing a longer adventure usually approximately 2 to 3 miles of walking depending on weather conditions, dog's speed, and other care requirements during the visit.
Additional Services and Fees

An additional dog, cat or small animal such as a bunny, bird or fish needing involved care (not including very simple daily tasks like dropping in a pinch of fish food which are free of charge) adds an additional fee to each visit/walk

If you are located outside our preferred service area but still want our services, we may request a modest additional fee for providing service outside of our regular zone

After hours care and care on major holiday may incur an additional fee

Overnight care may be available - this service may not always be offered so inquire for availability
